Sunday morning came around.  We all knew the reunion would  to come to a closing.  The spirits were up.  We arrived at the dining area for breakfast as one big happy family.  The last meal together before parting our separate ways.  Then we gathered again in the activities room for the closing ceremony.

Some family members in attendance at the time of the closing ceremony received parting gifts.

Francisco Felton, IV at age 49 - for the youngest grand parent.
Eneida Rios at age 71 - for the oldest grand parent.
Francisco Felton, V from Delaware - for the longest distance traveled to Puerto Rico.  Although New York is farther from Puerto Rico than Delaware, Francisco, V was chosen because of his effort to traveled from Delaware to Brooklyn to pick up his 14 year old brother.
Angel F. Ortiz with ten children - parent with the most children.
The registration book was conferred Eneida Rios, the oldest relative in attendance.  This registration book will be put in display during the next family reunion.

Daniel Ortiz (Monserrate's family) closed the reunion with a prayer.  La Hacienda was filled with hugs, kisses, tears, goodbyes...
